Talk through your projectA good-looking site can still leave people unsure what you do, whether you serve their area, or how to get a price. We look at the pages customers land on, the proof they see, and the steps between a visit and an enquiry. Sometimes the right fix is a clearer service page or a shorter form, rather than rebuilding everything.
A five-page brochure site is a different job from a site with online booking, payments, or a customer login. Content, custom features, and integrations usually drive the cost more than the number of pages alone. Your proposal sets out the build, what we need from you, and any ongoing hosting or software costs, so you can compare the full picture.
Yes, a website move can usually be handled without moving your email. We check where your domain, hosting, and email are managed before changing anything. The replacement is built separately, then the website records are updated while the mail records stay in place. Email and forms are checked at launch.
We identify the URLs and content already attracting useful traffic before deciding what to change. Important pages stay where they are when practical. If a URL must change, we redirect it to the closest relevant replacement, update internal links, and check the sitemap and Search Console after launch. Those decisions belong in the rebuild plan, not at the end.
You don’t need a finished folder of website copy to start. Existing brochures, service notes, and a conversation about your business give us something to work from. We agree who is writing each section and what photography is needed. Real photos of your team and work are especially useful for showing customers who they’re dealing with.
We decide which parts you need to manage before choosing the setup. Changing service text or adding a project should not require rebuilding the page. The proposal should make the editing tools, account access, domain control, and any software licences clear, including what happens if you later change providers.
The build and an ongoing search campaign are different scopes. We spell out the launch essentials, such as page titles, mobile performance, and making the site crawlable. Continuing keyword work, new content, and local search improvements can then be planned separately. You’ll know what is included rather than relying on a vague “SEO-friendly” promise.
A new service, a staff change, or a booking feature shouldn’t mean starting again. Straightforward edits can be handled through the agreed editing setup or support plan. Larger additions are scoped separately. We offer hosting and ongoing support, and make the included work and recurring costs clear before you choose a plan.
